what would we do without this nano?
Shinbei 2004-04-14 17:46
I was wondering if someone can post when it's good to go to PM and SI to get this nano because as I checked there are like 2 other nanos which requires those skills so at low levels there are definitely more importatnt skills to put point into than PM and SI

well my GF's Doc which isnt all that twinked out cept for Reanimator Cloak could castt this at lvl 110
Serturos 2004-10-12 15:54
My Trox Doc could cast this at lvl 88 with LE ( with head eye hand symbs support) was fairly easy plus stacking CI ontop.
mpzzziippit 2005-01-04 14:52
CI at 88, now thats something
KnightofNI 2005-01-14 11:13
lol mpzzziippit. I suppose he meant he did not need any longer some of its twinking material to cast sfa after lvl 90 thanks to CI. But still, lol...^^

Is it worth it to boost your PM and SI just for these few nanos that require them?
SmokinAllDay 2005-06-06 09:54
PM=UBT so yes
Talan 2005-06-07 03:30
If you don't have this at 150, you'll get a lot of flack in town when you are asked for buffs, it might not be needed by you, but you still need to have it for others, same as fixers with backpain, soldiers with rrfe (reflect auras are better), etc.
iriche 2005-08-12 07:03
It aint the same thing talan, docs needs to invest ip on SI to use it...
Hnk0r 2005-08-20 14:32
I'm self-casting this at level 88, and I'm sure it can be done much earlier.
Scandium 2005-08-25 20:49
A general note: If you can't cast the nano when you are the same level as the QL, it's time to start redoing your setup.
Cheysey 2005-09-19 22:48
im casting this at lvl121, wassnt in any hurry, so just upped the skill when i had some extra IP...
Talan 2005-10-02 13:15
If a doc (non froob) at 150 doesn't have it, I don't care if he has to invest in an unneeded skill or not, I'll call him a gimp to his face and put him on my "never team with list"
RainFrost 2005-10-12 16:33
how.. nasty ^^

Agreed! this buff is awesome for twinking implants and awesome for getting those next level heal stims
lvl 82 doctor with ql 150 heal stims is pretty uber :D
pter666 2005-11-16 04:20
just from tips not from teh buff but its pretty rare ppl tip , I always do if teh guy as to run form osmewhere but normally i dont tip depending what (i tip :wrangs , tradeskills, and some other buffs if i badly need )
Tristaen 2005-12-22 21:36
yeah...God knows docs don't need creds....
shinracorp 2006-01-20 03:39
true, we r teh monster solo money making greedzors
antsquasher 2006-03-09 19:20
solo? only when youve got ip's spare to put into wepons or when you get DoT 'c' line. otherwise it means your not putting up VITAL things a doc needs.
bartje 2006-05-10 13:21
like weapons.. many noob doc start putting IP in weapon skill at lvl 60.. ^_^ dont forget u ARNT the tank and u are only be expected to heal solja/enf shade u name it they are dmg dealer and DONT let 'carrying a weapon' ruin ur healing abilitys
bartje 2006-05-10 13:21
!!
Yakobo66 2006-05-13 23:26
150? wtf is up with you people? and dont upload it!! stop the SFA spam!!
ziasod 2006-05-14 04:23
149 sound like a nice lvl to upload it :D, around 110 it just takes to much ip.
Gurudee 2007-08-10 02:32
149?
This isn't just a treatment buff.
What part of +80 First Aid skill sounds like a bad idea to you people?
Go heal from 80 to 120 (when you can use Genius2), a team rushing around (as they do)...
...then try it with 80 extra First Aid.
IP Spent on uploading this nano is, effectively, an investment in your NanoDelta.
More First Aid skill = more Nano regained per minute through using higher ql stims.
Heptagram 2008-07-20 01:28
Wonder what level froob agents can get this with mochams - sooo want to have sfa machine ><
WorldTrader 2008-08-20 23:51
@ Gurudee - Unfortunately a LOT of team mates at under level 150 have the NCU to hold NCU when they'd rather hold Damage buffs.

you get flack for not casting this at 60 -.- greedy noob PVPers expect 60 docs to have SFA and 100 Engies to have EP.. honetly, i think docs should stop giving out SFA till people appreciate it and understand what work goes on to actually be able to upload this nano. I maxed BM and MM, not to mentin first aid treat, timespace etc PM and SI arent even close to maxed out yet. maybe i'll ocnsider using this nano at lvl 100
