It used to be "-92 Poison AC" debuff.
That`s why everyone before '02 Dec is saying it`s useless.

yes, rollable ... just blitzed it for a friend after some ubar-220-Doc said it wasn't rollable. Out of a ql97 mission with my extreme-gimp-almost-no-imps-NT!

It is rollable but very hard to get. Just like ncu belts that can take 1000 or more rolls to find one.

rolled 3 nanos per 1 hour. nice nano, 92 nr isnt bad =)
