great damage but at the higher nano cost is harsh for my 28NT

Nice NR but quite useless at this level, you're not gonna PvP with this, and mobs rarely resist normal nukes at this level ^^

You've got a point.. who twinks NR at whatever level you would cast this? (Plus, 52-94 PvP damage... You're better off with a totw ring)
