Def. skill - NR 100%. In many situations this is the best NT aoe nuke; VE has 120% and doesn't land on some mobs and Tremor is crap. I've tried them them all on scorpioids near Hollow Island. With VE i hit 2 times of 5 casts. This one lands allways.

Pain to selfcast at lowish levels without any expensive gear..
