these skills are easily possible, just need a wrangle and mochams, as a trox without a nano setup.

All these new nanos are easily self casted by an atrox keeper without Champion of nano combat perked... without mochans or wrangles. you just need the right items :), you can easily swap em and buff :P, good for bs

Wow, that's awesome, one less thing hits you every 10 seconds, and if their attack speed is 1/1, that means instead of 6 hits, you take 5 hits.
Considering they all hit, that is.
And then you have bio shielding, that's 3% less damage taken, along with 700 or so damage because of damage shields.

Actually pretty nice to have in PVM raiding, especially if you have a soldier tanking since the AAD aura won't really help him much.
