pretty pointless at tl6, I'd imagine. Metas haven't really ever had too much trouble with nano skills.

Since you're gonna be 216ish when you finally get this nano it's not terribly bad, I think every MP I've ever run across at 220 can self it, some even earlier...combine the 100 int/psy buffing and 100 nanoskill buffing with the same sweet duration as 8hr CM, and you can see how it'll usually be running in MP NCU.

to bad this is only on self? How many MPs already avoid OA, Rome, or Bor because they don't mind buffing others but hate getting spammed asking for CI, CM, mochs or something else... I'd go crazy (crazier) if people started spamming for odin's other eye.
