Lower defensive check is nice; leaving nanodeck in to cast it sucks.

ok doesnt make sense this one u dont need sl but need way more than a froob can get in pm n si yet the one below this is possible to cast by froob if it didnt have the sl only tag hmmmmm fc dont make sense

Its provided via an RK quest, hence no SL req. The level req is 215+ (because thats the req for the cyberdeck), so you have to have SL because of the level req (froob cap is 200). Really, SL is implied due to the level req of this, but it really has nothing to do with SL.

5 minutes of an unremovable debuff is stupid :/ lower it to like 1min at least

The level req for the quest isn't 215, it's 205. The level required to wear the NanoDeck. =)
