what it changes? in pvp crat have something better to do than nuke and in pve the other one with init debuff lands pretty well

15% diference still isnt all that much when considering the init debuffs on workplace depression
it could be well worth it trying to get wd to land
NR is lame most of the time anyway even with crazy amounts of NR stuff still gets through
id definately use workplace depression first up but maybe keep this as a backup if its not landing

Workplace and any perk attack breaks Puissant Illusionary Paralysis.
If u use this nuke + normal attacks + specials + pet attacks, puissant illu will never break.
