@ Youngshini : this is doable before 205.. but you can't use it then.. you need to equip your nanodeck.. and that is from lvl 215.. that means that CEO Guardian is for lvl 215+ XD

Ofc you can use this as a froob...
- It's easy to start the quest to get the nano and deck ..from 205
- the deck only has a lvl 215 req
- but with a 300 cm set at lvl 200 with the right symbs and 2x 300 phulaks I bet you can cast it.
