Nano Crystal (Motivational Speech: Improved Heroic Measures)

Nano Crystal - This nano program sets up a series of overlapping sonic effects around the bureaucrat. Operating at a frequency much lower than is audible, these sonic effects synchronize every 20 seconds; any friends close to the bureaucrat during that synchronization will receive a temporary mood-enhancing effect. This mood-enhancing effect increases both the chance to hit and also the chance of avoiding an attack.

FC seems to have gotten a complete boner of late for making "improved" nanos that are like 10% better at best. 20m aoe and 2-3 hr duration would be improved, wouldnt even have to up the aao/aad bonus

wtf. Is it so damn hard to use 939 (-nanocost) every hour? Increasing the time a buff stays active is only an improvement if the old version is a few minutes and takes half of your nanopool to cast.

increasing range has its downsides, too, for soloing.

I can't conceive of a single downside to increased range on a friendly aoe.
As is, you have to gently rub up against your pet for it to stand a chance of getting the buff as well, it's more likely to be a self-only buff.
