Cool idea.. so if you're in a team and cast it on a mob, you heal the tank in your team. Cast it on a pvp opponent, and it heals you.

No, it doesnt drop at APF. You have to tradeskill it with a bag full of items from all three APF bosses.

Tip: dont cast it on mobs in for example the daily mish ambush, it will heal the npc, which will make you go splat insta when it aggros you as a result.
