This is a nice improvement over our current top health plunder, giving us an additional 400 health over the last one. When you can insta-cast it and don't need to be casting anything else, using this will both increase your damage a bit and heal you, making it anything but a piece of crap.

I hope you realize that you can heal yourself for the double amount with health haggler the same time.
Aswell as this nano actually has to LAND ON THE TARGET. And with a def skill of 100% its pretty much unlikely to be useful in any way for Tl 6 and upwards.

how do you calculate the fact that haggler is double the heal on this, it doesn't even come close
both top hagglers come behind it, (this is calculated only as in healing self, other heal is larger)
posted both cause other is lvl locked.

What Shareida means, is yes... hp/s it IS better.... but, Traders nanoskills are not naturally high enough to make this land reasonably decent at high levels... for lower levels, I agree.. this is a nice improvement, unfortunately the improvement is NEEDED at high levels.. Shareida is a high level trader :P and well, it is a little upsetting to know that by the time you are level 100 you basically are able to use the main toolset that traders use at level 220.... so once you hit that point.. you aren't really going upward from there =P

Complaining that this ql 189 nano is crap at end-game is akin to saying that a ql300 kyr'ozch shotgun ODs a ql200 Silverback so nobody should ever use a 200 silverback.
This nano is great at TL5, easily adding 10kdmg/min on mobs if you chain cast it and often provides all the healing required. Also great in the TL5 BS as it can be easy to get over 1.4k AR with this when your drains are up.

As a 211 Trader I still feel this is a good heal - with nanite board it heals me for 1016 HP and in a lot of cases it's come in handy ;)

i see it more as a nuke with an additional heal....so double damage over previus..rocks

I have to say that this type of nano(not just this one) is one of the best if your soloing. Even if you have better stims or health kits, this is great when those are recharging and are down to about 1/4 of your health.

the guest was kinda bugged at one point with the title lock > my trader got the nano earlier. Anyway, even with the tl4 lock on with the quest , 120>

I use this as a nuke inside s10 :)
