Nope its not, not for lvl 210 character. For nano with 210 lock it has the highest requirements of all crat nanos.

I guess we all must be playing different versions of AO, because for me, this nano seems to do what TechPrince said. It's a 20% chance for the bot to do a Radiation AC hit. That's all. It's NOT an extra hit, it does exactly the same damage as a Melee AC hit (as low as 700ish), and it sure as hell does not do Fire AC damage, once again, it's Radiation AC.
So for me, it doesn't respect the nano description on this site at all, and that's talking with the latest site update (18.5). I've been using the nano before that and it's been the same, so...what gives?

Radiation hit is the standard CEO guardian attack along with it's melee attack.
