with the new froob nano items and nano skill buffing armor they can cast this np at 200 lol dunno bout 175 tho O.o

I seriously doubt a froob could self cast this with a setup worth this little extra dmg

imposible to cast this on froob selfed, this could be hard even with mocham/131
triple implanted green skill froobs can get around 1060 ( without any buffs ) at 200s level

5k dmg in 10 seconds, then recast it. So, 30k dmg/minute until you run out of nano. Or what have I forgotten?

This can be cast by a fr00b lvl 200 Solitus Agent FP: Doc ;)
You just need:
Premium Wrangle or Premium Team Wrangle (+131 or 132)...
Mocham BM & MC (BM & MC +140)...
Massive Cannon Turrets x4 QL225 to 250 (BM +160 to 200 total)...
Neleb's Nano-master Robe (BM & MC +15)
Majestic Soft Pepper Pistol QL 194 (BM & MC +28)...
Universal Advantage Transformation QL200 to 300 (BM +24 to 36).
If you are instead, a Nanomage, you'll have an easier time with Shades of Lubrication, The Expensive Kevlar Vest of Professor Jones, and Specialized Dustbrigade Vambrace - Nano Breed.
