lol, cool, its kinda like gambling, lol, except all the effect r lame...lol, whats the point of this and not normal red tape? is it to cast on ppl in pvp? lol.
MsManners 2005-11-22 19:26
What's the point of this over red tape? You're mad! let's see, There's an EXTRA 200 POINTS on the init debuff, there's -50 Agg/Def, and then it looks like if you get a low enough roll you get all those "lame" effects. I'll trade you a red tape for a wierd looking red tape if you like, heck, I'll give you two ;-)

I got this nano as soon as possible. It's a unique stacking debuff, and that always helps against bosses. It stacks with malaise/UBT, and the -50 agg/def massively slows down attack speed. On pandemoneum raids, my main contribution is just tab/improved red tape/repeat. It lands very easily.

"All enemies in the area have their initiatives lowered by 30 points." gogo Copy-Paste :P
Both this and Red Tape are not AoE nanos, secondly 30 points? more like 230 :)
Yakobo66 2006-07-07 15:54
and 2 more crit decrease.... this + the -11 = veeery nice
Blaumann 2006-10-25 13:12
Do I get this right? There's a 55% chance of this nano doing nothing but burning 190 nano? oO
pusikas 2006-11-25 00:10
It always lowers aggdef by 50% and initiatives by 230. Rest is random. Can't be stressed too often: this nano stacks with all other init debuffs, crat/doc/MP, whatever, and it lands on things that cannot normally debuffed, like alien bosses, HI eremites, whatever.

Where in the shadowlands is a good place to camp for this nano?
GhostUK 2007-01-04 15:09
Any dungeon with lvl 116ish mobs will do :)
slakrrr 2007-01-07 02:13

this crat debuffs are annoying as hell, they last too damn long without any way to clear them other than death. Fix it FC virus scanners or free move stims or something.

With 17.6, this became a new nano (http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=267311), but they both stack (even though its same effect, same name, etc, they are still different nanos). So old crats who got this nano are very useful in a raid (since you can double this effect, plus all other tapes and init debuffs, etc).
Haven't tried yet to see if you can upload and cast both from the same toon, but the effects of -100 aggdef seem to be amazing if you can find a crat still slinging the old nano.
Binarybot 2012-02-13 08:34
Since the comments update on both nanos, the currently dropping nano from 17.6 through today is (http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id=222687)
Binarybot 2012-02-13 08:35
reverse that last one (sorry, no edit). 222687 was the old one, 267311 is the new.
