In my opinion, it's not even that great, since you can kill a mp before the recharge is done...

He will not. He will just remove it and nuke you or calm your pets or whatever.

You're better off using the -% nano dmg on the NT.. that with my Tigress, and fully buffed pets (thank you 17.3), we are a force to be reckoned with

This nano would be a total waste of nanobots. By the time you would effectively cast/recharge its almost dead (at least its not like Curse of Chronos). 100% NR for def is awful... You better hope this sticks.
This could be brutal in pvp vs major nano users OR against AoE mobs like the Eremite bosses on Hollow Island.

At least it has nano resist 100% not 160% like normal NSD, which makes it actually usable in pvp.

TBH, I'd rather use good old trusty rusty NSD than this thing....the recharge is too long and tbh, I've got enough crap to cast in battle to want to waste 10 precious seconds with this piece of junk

HA this is much better then last... and if you debuff them like this they wont be much of a threat so you rly wont need to worr about your other nanos
