USELESS? since when is a -750 nano skill debuff useless? granted, I dont see alot of MP's PvPing at a level where it would matter... but still :P

keep in mind, the pvp seen is gonna get a major overhaul, and you are probly gonna want everyone you can get even mp.

You know why you don't see mp's pvping?...because they already die in <4 hits. Enfs can lower ma evades by 1k; combined with MR and that is a 2500 pt shift. If they wanted to give us something comparitevely useful we should be able to lower fixer AAD by 1k, or bypass engie blockers, or block advy's coon.
MP's also got the shaft in LE...again, so I say this nano is useless because when you use it the only message you are going to see is, "Target is already dead."

MA's have NSD? :P
this nano is for MA's, the TARGET must be an MP. MP's get a -nanodamage% buff on NT's.

he meant, thats its crazy, that mas have a better nano for disabling nanoskills, than mps have. but anyway. my mp has ~2400 nanoresist - wont land to often :p

Between tigress, blockers, pvp-nsd, & new pet buffs, mp's have become dangerous opponents in pvp again, so I've changed my opinon on this nano. I find it quite useful now, especially if it can prevent an mp from casting his blockers or sacrificial shielding. I haven't had much trouble landing it either. There is somehting inherently satisfying about landing 'nsd' on an MP. :p

at tl5 when most will be able to cast w/o sacrificing anything else, its NEAR useless, altho not totally. gets resisted about 3/4 of the time, and tbh I've never had problem stomping most MPs at that level. but it does interfere with their pet control, and can be a nice way to distract them from spamming NSD and nukes.

hmmm...I doubt this is landable at 220 in on an mp. I personally have ~2.75k NR and I doubt any MA will have close to the nanoskills to have any affect. Maybe...1400-1500 BM/SI, good luck :P

I never see any MPs to use this on in tl7 bs :( though I doubt it'd land anyway
