well out of all the pvp nanos these seems to be the weakest againts what is considered an overpowered pvp class. Just don't polymorph :)
And if no crats then advy is still good and tearing docs to pieces with out new nano.

but new pvp in battle stations is team based, so advys will get hit by this while fighting someone else, though I doubt it will land often :/

does the nano hit full 1500dmg per tick, or is it 50% of that cos of pvp rules?

if it's 750 \ tick this is a pure joke. Landing 1 \ 20 casts then reduced by 50% witch is easely outhealed anyhow.

I land it on first try mostly, and the average advy is hurt by it adding damage from Carlo and they tend to run away so its not all bad

Er, not for anyone under level 205... 750 every 2 seconds is a guaranteed 1825 every 5 seconds. Advys can only heal -up to- 1484 every 5 seconds with their top heal that isn't level-locked to 205 -and- their 195 level-locked instant self-heal. And that's the maximum they can get if they chain-heal (or the maximum average, if you see what I mean - I divided the 27s self-heal's max by 5 to average it out to 'every 5s'); they often won't get that much. I don't see how that's easily outhealing, especially if the advy's taking other damage from crat pets and AS...
Try changing 'this is a pure joke' to 'this isn't a high-level item' (did you really expect it to be, with those requirements?) and that statement might just be a bit more credible.
And I can get my NR up to about 930 (TL5-capped). Admittedly that's not exactly twinked, but even if you only -barely- have the reqs to cast this, that shouldn't translate to 1 / 20 casts. Maybe 1 / 3. If you're unlucky. But that's just a guess.

Since nano is called "Rabies", I think this nano should give the adv let say 500 add all off for 10 sec, then the dot starts. Because everyone know that a dog with rabies is very aggresive and after a while they do die.

Advies are OP enough as it is, giving them +500 AAO from a NEMESIS nano would be ridiculous.
