No, Im thinkin of bor ganking. If 2 flagged people are standing 6 or 7 meters apart from each other, than if you have nano range modifying items//nanos will they be hit?

Well, I'm not sure if the range buffs affect these ones. If they do then you should be able to enlarge this nuke up to 7.5-8 m. Just try it ^^

Only the range from Caster->Target can be extended, not the radius of the Nuke itself.
