It's better, when you try to support your side on pvp. With this nuke you can hit more than one opponent and this makes live easier for your side.

Kel's still ODs in DPS and Damage per Hit, and if using an OST, VE still does 30% more damage than either. The first one to finally OD VE is Jobe Cataclysm, but only just barely. Not sure how much OST people do at lvl 200. The whole line seems to be a niche market at best.

Binary, its meant to be a niche market, its not meant for kiting or OST nuking heckl0rz, its designed to be a pvp support nano. Hence the vp-buyalbeness and reflect-piercingness.

Umm...no...Requires Cyberdeck which you must have SL for, and nano itself requires LE.
