Nano Crystal (Energize Rubi-Ka Grid Tunnel)

Nano Crystal - This will create a temporary Quiescent Grid Waveform Packet for the target. This packet can be applied to a Statue of Transit or Statue of Transportation in the Shadowlands Gardens to cause a temporary rift to the grid in Rubi-Ka to be created, teleporting that person into the grid. Because of the power contained within the packet, it will remain stable for 20 seconds before disappearing.

no it doesn't. read the text at the top of the page.
it's like the fgrid nano.
except you use it in SL to get to the grid.
fgrid's been bugged since they "fixed" this nano. it now produces Quiescent Grid Waveform Template (On Use Target Summon Item QUGD. (QUiescent GriD))

this nano works now. you have to apply Quiescent Grid Waveform Template to the nano that you get when you complete sided sanctuary quest (dunno, maybe they put it in garden now so you can buy it) in order to make the nano uploadable. anyways, you target yourself or a team member when in SL and it pops out a token that you can use on tele statue, thereby ziping you directly into fgrid from sl. quite handy, use it all the time. cheers

really sucks tho that the only lvl of this kind of nano is 220

But that is the thing, if there were other forms of the nano (lesser of course) then it wouldnt be such an exciting nano. The fact is that it is a easy way for people in pande and inferno to get back to rubi-ka. The nanoskills on the nano are not too hard to obtain as well.

The Quiescent Grid Waveform Packet is also used to fill the Empty Data Receptacle Container to enable non fixers to use fgrid at any time they like, I however am yet to succesfully do this.
