yeah it does actually, not once have I failed to land it on 220 agents no matter what set-up they use... =) just wish it was instacast on full def.

I hate prolly even a lot more than agents do, because we DO have to cast a nano infight now.
And it's not even insta (yeah right, like I would get a compiler or raise Nano Init ffs...)

this whole nemises thing is like weird....it pits keepers vs us (why not shades since thre also melee and kinda evilish vampires o.O) at least we still kill tardbots real good but really in a RL scene the best way to take out an enemy sniper is well.....use a friendly sniper...>.> just look at two agents (non mimic) and see how fast it ends ok...so agents being thier own worst enemy is like weird maybe but.......those huge raging enfs really would like a shot at tearing our limbs off o.O make them happier and it might be a more rational choice for a Agent nemisis.....i mean they can break our roots so imagine 3 story tall trox vs 3 inch opi that just makes perfect sense!

The only problem with this =) is that if an Agent is in FP in any form, this nano cannot be casted on them. And seeing how 99% of all PVP agents go Doc, this nano will NEVER land unless you get lucky and their FP dies :P

Such a shame AS will always land anyway and doesn't get affected by this. Most of the agents perks don't go off rifle skill either. Stupid and useless nano.

it'd be good if it was -1250 aimed shot... now that'd REALLY piss em off.. maybe. lol.. a decent keeper should dodge alot anyway.. im guessing -1250 AS skill would pull down the recharge on in it quite a bit..

compiler for the nais NR baff m8.. then train NR perk after you finish buffing.. +hhab.. an other stuffz = uber NR :) (although that will, admittedly, make this nano alot harder to land... who needs it anyway.. only use this for inability to use a few perks..)
bleh. maybe i should roll and play a keeper before i make comments though :P

actually ive noticed at TL5 pvp, this really helped for all those nuubi agents. Also, it seems to effect their AS -sometimes-, and they can never perk with any AR perk. its just mega slow to cast at full def :/

just to let you know i have used this in a duel and i killed a agent FP doc with this because he could only hit me with AS which only did like 300 at a time because he had -16 ar ^^

So its duration is 20 sec .. Hmm what will an agent do during that time to the poor keeper? Ah yes, he simply roots and run out of range. Keepers are root bait because they have no solid way of getting rid of them.
