Wernt NTs the nemisis of Enfs allready?

well this doesn't do too much, maybe if it could clear the ess off a low health prof but otherwise doubt the absence of 1k health and use or rage will kill enfo.
However with all the new stuff NT are getting i guess they don't need too much more.

What crap, like NTs need this to kill a enfo....

this nano should clear all the SL hp buffs too. thats a lot of hp. and it will make a difference. :)

No it won't. Enforcers don't [shouldn't] use the SL essences for PvP.

Rage doesn't break NT roots anyway

but it makes it harder to land

NR 100% so probably wont land it on a raging enfo anyway...
1.5/1.5 cap so by the time you cast this you could have much more HP removed by nuking...
yeah so NR debuff, cast this, root, then nuke? i dont think so. Perk root doesnt break from rage so think ill stick with NR debuff+perk root

also perk root is 100% NR too so if u can land this u can land root...

wonder if it clears mongo rage ? :)

PVP shimka on RK2 to see how effective the HP boost really is.

I will just say this nano really does hurt enfos. I personally have a 150 enfo that this thing tears up. Once it lands...im dead bc i can't resist any of the nt's attacks. Why? rage is gone and thats 800 less NR.

Probably a sploit issue if it didnt, enfos would ask for Sold buffs so this doesnt work so well. Just a precaution i guess

no fixers were, just look at the GA nuke nanos

Since nr debuffs were "fixed", nt can bring enforcer to a negative NR value. So it lands ... lands a lot. If you cant land it, there is something wrong with you, not with this nano.

Well, I'll try to explain why this nano is a must for killing enfs at TL 7.
Rage doesn't only break roots but clears dots...
I won't spoil it for you, I'll let you figure that out on your own.
