Guess you cant read. "Increases the Agility of the Caster" if it was target it would say target right? :P

It wont stack with FG, that's for sure. (School Psionic: Agility buffs) As for ES no idea but it probly wont.

its in game, new scheol quests. the yutto's questline give this as a reward.
scientists' questline gives "lesser predator" as a reward.

Although from the auno entry it appear to be in only the agility buff line, it is actually in both lines. You can see this in the entry on aomainframe.

Until recently there were not any, or at least very few, buffs in multiple lines. Now this, GSF, and several other buffs have this "feature".

Yeah, ok, I know that it is, but that scheol yuttos quest is a killer...
Just a heads up warning to all that want's to do it: You gotta do the Jobe scientists quest before the yuttos.
And make sure to loot any insignias you may find (Need to spawn Roch if you're clan and Ocra if you're omni. The Gluarash close to portal down south appears to drop both types quite often).

Great for 150 agents keeping that 225 css out of oe and free's up other slots for more damage and AR so yes i would say its worth it
