I really hope it's byable in gardens, rollable or at least a quest reward, camping RK Dynas for ages without possibility to buy the crystal cuz of the nodrop-flag is kind of a horror vision.

probably not an RK nano...is there any SL nano that's dyna lootable? don't think so
either store buyable or sl dyna loot i guess... probably store buyable in my opinion

Ihnnaw: Found the Fixer Nano too, it's in the Safari Hunt quest, just before you get Razor/Xark quests. Thought i'd post it here to help us fixers :P
I personally havn't confirmed it though so hope its correct.

Hoste nanos do not take up the targets ncu, despite the fact they have an ncu number. Just the same idea as nodrop items have a sale value, though you can't sell them.

I wanted this on my TL5 fixer but i couldn't get the quest, need to be 190 or something like that, weird thing as it is easily self-casted long before that.

Yeah it would be best at TL5 as a fixer to debuff some of the non evade proffesion twinks with uber evades, so you can actually hit them in BS but good luck getting this nano at TL5, even then its kinda low debuff, better to just roll a trader and drain, plus they get an EVADE buff which pretty much is better evades than gsf on par with Reduce Inertia and pretty much cancels out this debuff....

at tl5 -140 evades a low debuff? are you retarded? even if its only going to cancel out THEIR RI buff, how is that not a good thing to have? when DOF is in charge and they only have limber up, most evade profs are hittable or even perkable if you have enough AR, -140 evades is 140 AR boost, like saying FAT is a useless buff, every bit helps.
