This looks exactly the same as the regular Burden of Atlas. Unless the "affinity with the shadowlands" is some secret value. Same resist chance, but this one can't be insta-cast. (except that enfos cant rage it away)

Yeah I'm curious as to the capped 1s recharge...As far as I know nano recharge times are set in stone, nothing can change them, only the cast time can be lowered with enough nano initiative.
