Lands pretty good on ely hecklers. And doc's loves it cause of the Wipe Hate List. IE they don't get healing aggro from the mezzed hecklers. YES, I team at times (we are not all kiters, all the time) To bad that I couldn't find it in Ado garden.

I dont understand the difference between Specialized and Empowered. Is there any?

Difference is: empowered is capped at 2/2, while specialized is capped at 1/1, and specialized needs CD.

no way that land on ely hecklers u can just dream on it was try to clam mobs lvl 150 and it was done to me favor if that was land on them my recommended good for lowbie mob only not worth the cash
