Nano Crystal (Enfraam's Perceiver)

Nano Crystal - Recently discovered amongst old programs in Jobe hallways, this program looks like any other failed experiment. A young Nanomage apprentice, inspecting old programs, found a unique program with a strange bi-effect. The program was initially made to be a blind, but instead makes the target lose its ability to focus on distant objects. As a consequence, targetting on long ranges becomes rather difficult.

Root + Perceiver = Less range, easier to get out of rasnge and still nuke.

here good example for the aoe dot that the nt got fc plz think more far..... what about to kiting in inferno ? u think that mobs in inferno don't resist it common this is big bullshit + also the clams but can complain whatever
