Note that it does actually 345 dmg and heals 1218, as dmg done to self is halved.

Not with the previous one. Hits me for 215 hp or so. Cant confirm with this one, but game mechanic should remain the same i guess.

Interesting nano, you can heal faster with Premium Delayed Health Payment but with everything in this game, everything has its use at some point and situation, definatly not worth the cash for me, use the RK one since its faster and better over time..

you can use premium delayed health payment only every 15 second so thats not true, and rk heal definitely won't heal you faster or better over time than this

The small amount of dmg you take should be negated by your heal delta at that lvl, and by time it hits recharge and you're able to cast again, it would probably even out to about 100-150 hit from each heal. Just a guess, but this heal looks like it should be insta cast, so seeing a trader healing, and taking a small hit of hp to help save his team is something that anyone can appreciate...esp. due to most having no idea that Tra's can heal. Here's an idea...since the comparable advee heal cost twice as much in nano, and is 35% slower, trader heals player, advee/ma heals trader :P lol. . . . nvr rolled a tra, but this is something I would have as an option asap.

Dont cast it if your low on HP ;) died alot of that. Check your HP to be over 350.

If you have enough hp left you get a small dmg hit and get healed for 1218
With a decent reflect shield you can maximize the healing effect.
