Unlike normal wrangles, the Umbral Wrangle does not lower the trader's skills, although the trader does not gain the benefits of the Umbral Wrangle. The wrangle placed on the team members will be refreshed every two minutes.

LOL did find 1 today in the Superior shop in Old athen. not sure if some other player have sold it here or it was just luck for me -my trader was only lvl 45 then i did buy this...
