Nano Crystal - Increases the attacking skills of all members of the trader's team by 62 points. Unlike normal wrangles, the Umbral Wrangle does not lower the trader's skills, although the trader does not gain the benefits of the Umbral Wrangle. The wrangle placed on the team members will be refreshed every two minutes.

They were in the Gardens for a short time, but removed a few patches ago. To my knowledge, unless you got one at this time, or buy one from someone, you can't get it,

I bought this nano today, actually, from Borealis FT... It had commonplace and the one below it too.... Of course, I didn't notice the lvl req and my trader is only 71 - oh well
