Nano Crystal (Impel Shadowland Recall)

Nano Crystal - This nano allows the engineer to recall a previously anchored member of the team to the anchor point. To be able to do this, the engineer must be close to that anchor point.
This recall will fail if the team has been recreated, or the player has been anchor to a different location.
You can only recall members of your team.
The player will have to be in Shadowlands for this to work.

How is this different/better than the lower lvl one? Other than it being 15 seconds faster.

do these 2 nanos? (the higher level mark/recall) ones drain your nanopool 100% also?
If not then it's worth getting. By the time you use this your personal nano delta kicks in and regains the nano and unlike the lowbie RK store sold ones, you will not have to sit down and get more nano to recall another person.
mark and recall are one of the best "help to pen/ado/inf garden" nanos since you wont have to wait 10 minutes for them to get past the mobs/lag/long runs.
