Nano Crystal (Gallant Slave: The Vengeful Toiler)

Augments the combat abilities of the bureaucrat's mind controlled Slave. This nano will actually 'increase' the level of the monster that is mind-controlled for a short period of time.

It will always break the mind-control when the effect expires.

This nano works by gaining a psycho-physiological effect through extreme persuasion. The result is that only physical aspects of the monster is changed, not anything to do with nano-skills or actual abilities. It will also slightly increase the chance of the monster being attacked by its target.

This nano will only work on monsters of lower power than the bureaucrat.

This nano forcefully molds the target into something else, boosting its level quite a bit. It still has the physical aspects of its original body. A weak monster as base, will still be weaker than a higher level base.

Due to the sever nature of this nano, it will always expire at once when the mind control nano expires. In addition, upon expirering, the monster will die from exhaustion.

Xevil 2005-05-25 20:25
Whys that? This nano is great,it takes a 171 mob and makes it a 212 mob.buffs HP up 6200 add 110 dmg wtf are you talking about this nano rox.The nerf will be soon to follow...
Fleadram 2005-07-29 18:05
so there is a raise level buff in the game ;)
tegrere 2005-10-10 03:39
lol, tipping a crat to make me their slave so i can buff into ql 220 stuff at lvl 37 :D
Rdord 2005-11-25 03:00
Target NPC type >= 1 some how i dont think so :P
Bluetape 2005-11-26 01:17
Not quite xevil. It takes a mob BELOW level 170 and makes it 212. It does not have any effect on mobs 170+. Thus this entire nanoline, with where the level locks are, can only turn a grey mob into a green mob. The only use it sees is blitzing low QL missions and dungeons with pet on /hunt.

Ofcourse it's useful. Pre-Carlo you can use this to have a little extra firepower (and aggro holder) when you're killing stuff on RubiKa like Trashking, Jack Legchopper etc. Do remember, that as a Bureaucrat I have to work with the pets I can find around me. The Corp Guardian alone isn't very strong.
Usually I'd have a MP go linkdead so I can charm his/her Biazu. Naturally when I get this buff, I'll turn that little demon into a little Biazu The Superior, hehehe..

lvl 212 leet in tbe BY ... woohoo :)))
Malaxia 2006-02-18 13:45
You wish Hafenbraut, but the leet has not enough NCU to receive this "buff"... Happens to me often when trying to raise level of the mobs in junkyard (mechdogs)
Xevil 2006-03-21 02:30
@ Bluetape
yea 170 whatever you get the point
docburlac 2006-09-15 11:25
i think is quite unusefull. who should charm a mob whos under lvl 170, in SL i mean, when u can easy charm mobs higher than 220 ? and for 110 more dmg... maybe in RK.
robapril 2006-09-19 03:45
20 ncu... I wonder How small a charm can get this lol
toe 2007-01-06 17:37
Just make this work on your regular charms as well, but with just the effect of adding damage/hp/off/def instead of changing its level. Then it will be useful
regsvr32 2007-03-22 04:09
i guass u guys still didnt got it .....it will kill your charm if this buff end or the charm end i see that very useful cuz the monster will not be back to u + the aggro + u can loot the remains free so that really easy and useful ty guys and correct me if i am mistake
robapril 2007-04-18 18:53
Biggest use is to make a pocket Enf to hold agro >.<
Aristacrat 2007-04-28 22:26
" A weak monster as base, will still be weaker than a higher level base."
Sorry, but this slave line looks about as useful as the MA lend-nano line. Why would i want to charm a mob so much lower than me (even if it does raise its level ) when i can charm something much higher than me? The level requirements on this line make it all but useless except for charming grey dynacamp minions to help with green dynas :P but maybe I havent played a crat long enough
Hafenbraut 2007-12-19 03:35
Its meant to be used in zones where you cant charm anything decent.
So if you are in, say, Adonis, and dont want to go w/o a charm, you can at least boost the grey stuff a bit.
Same goes for RK, ofc.
Then again, the dmg is still so low you may aswell skip the charming entirely.

Sure, if you charm him... and he's below level 171.
So, no!

This nano rocks use it to charm grey tiigs to help kill ado land static boss now fc has nerfed our stuns..2x tiigs and pet= pwnt, btw use to be able to solo it with just a little help from me crat pet but now me crat is gimp as hell :/
Binarybot 2010-02-22 21:35
Since mob (and pet) NCU is based on level+8 (or in other words, 8 NCU plus 1 per level), you should be able to use this on a lvl 12+ mob. Since it changes the mob to lvl 212 though, I wonder if it would then have 220 NCU, so it could receive additional buffs.
Binarybot 2012-01-24 04:19
Mob NCU does not increase with the fake level increase
