What it does is enhance your charmed pet if it's beloe or equal to level 142, changes it's level to 179, increases health by 5000, adds 100 damage a hit and makes it a bit better at holding aggro. Pretty nice line, only bad thing is most of the time you can't find a pet low enough to do it.

Its nice when your in areas where there arent any higher/better charms. Charm a lowbie, cast this, and it is decent.

This is useful, for instance, if you're doing the Green Hill daily mission at the Longest Road. No decent level charms in the area, but plenty of stuff to charm and use this on.

You need to be equal to 180 or above lvl 180 to use.
Any charmed monster below 142 will turn into a lvl 179 monster
