Nano can be found in Shoel Sanctuary at the Nano vendor there

what's the point of this one? why not using Aggressive Captivation, w/o lvl lock and less pm req? do the rk taunt not work in sl? otherwise this one is a pos.

ah, got it, 50sec duration on this one, instead of chain casting Aggr Capt.
