Says lvl req is 191 on the engi nano page, but 201 here, which is it?

User Level >= 201 to cast it.
Target Level >= 191 to receive it.

That was a dissapointment... :(
Never mind, I got it on at 201, now I've gotta wait another 5.5 lvls for the next one, doh!
