ok.. how the heck are u able to use this before 190? im all lvl req'ed 132 symbs. and im still alittle short. and if i need a small wrangle each time to cast, it's gona be just when i needed one each time i wanted my slayer up at 98

Umm, put on higher Eye, Head and Right Hand symbs if your only using level requirement >=132 ones.

well, nowdays you need to be lvl 185 to use it, not 175. just so you know.
