has it been fixed yet? I have the first one in the nano line and I do not note a difference when looking at my skill roster.
Maybe there's some hidden godmode implied when using this, yes??

It is working by now..has been fixed somewhere 15.9~16.0
to verify the effect you have to close and re-open your stats interface
pretty nice boost then :)
