Umm... if you look on the link in the previous window it says it's from Inferno Sanctuary. It also mentions Penumbra but I think it drops there, not sure if it is random loot or specific mob drop though...

SL nanos dont drop from mobs... they are garden buyable only

Your incorrect Kenzor, Not yet ehard of Pet class nano's droping in misses or dungeons (SL pets that is)
I have looted alot of npc buyable sl nanos that are only sold in gardens.
The NT lines are the most common, but I have looted advy's doc's enfo' so on, you get the idea.
