I believe it was confirmed to be in Pneum Sanctuary Garden.

Geeze... Cimlite just demonstrated it... It was hitting a vendor in Old Athens for 1.300 - 1.750 damage per hit o_O

A bit of stats, from my experience:
Cacodemon does around 800 damage on an Elysium heckler.
Biazu The Vile does about 650 - but it does it twice as fast.
Cacodemon does roughly 1100 damage in a 200+ mission.
Biazu does a few 100's lower sometimes, but most of the times it does the same or more - still twice as fast.
So dont be disappointed when you see its damage - it might be a bit under Cacodemon's, but seeing its twice as fast, you really can't complain, can you?
Only problem with this, is the Spec 3 requirement. I had to go through hell, or rather, other had (Thanks Xyboc ^_^) to get spec 3, which drops from the redeemed/unredeemed mobs in Scheol - 5 mobs, bad droprate, lots of aggro - its not a place for a 160 (which i was at the time) MP to solo :P
But once you get it, its worth it :)

You can also camp inside Adonis redeemed temple , took me a wopping hour or so and is ez if you have a high lvl team mate since the named mobs will aggro a lower lvl.

yes, expensive nano, can't rememeber the price off hand. i think it was 4-4.5mil. you get it in pen sanc.

*gives vile a big wet open mouth kiss* he's everything cacodepuff should have been.. he's slightly weaker by about 2k and does about the same dmg but he's quick.. very quick.. and has a lot higher status including almost 1k higher AR..iirc. to put it another way.. he's one bad mofo for a lv165 mp

is this self castable at lvl 165? i mean i know it allows u to cast it at 165 but CAN u?

At lvl 165, you have perks+mochies, piece of cake...

I am lvl 150 and if the nano didn't have a lvl reg. then I would be casting it now without mochies...so if at lvl 165 you can't cast it you might want to have a hard look at your toon....

'twas a bit of work camping Ado unredeemed temple for spec 3, but it's totally worth it. Caco can go to bed.

XD i'm lvl 145 gimpeh the mp i call my self and have 1100 in ts and mc >< the rest of my nano crystals are 900-1000 so i think a guy at 165 can self cast it :D

i'm 122 and i can self cast this with 1100 nano skills and no ai armor... wtf bullshit fc ;0

I'm a gimpy level 100 mp, new to expansions, so I won't be able to cast this at 165 if my life depended on it, so this comment doesn't help at all.

Antiviral, can't be gimpier than my lvl 165 MP, and she can cast it. So, I expect you'll be able to, too. :)

If you can't cast this at lvl 165 delete your character and re-roll an enfo now.

In TL5 BS (the level range of which has changed since the OP), Biazu actually does surprisingly well. Even fully buffed he won't usually connect with toons like GA fixers and the like, but oftentimes he'll get off a surprising chain of hits against enemies that would normally present problems evade-wise. His AR is very solid, in other words, and him being able to attack quickly helps a lot when finishing off targets.
