lol i dont get it; why did they even bother extending calm lines...they just dont work in SL....
geargrinderx 2004-08-24 23:44
*aware the post was ages ago but doing it for the benefit of others that don't know.* These DO work in the SL. They're SL calms. They work alright against SL mobs, they work insanely well against RK mobs, but they're short.
Salovida2 2006-01-19 23:47
2 minutes, 30 seconds, err short? you can recast lol
AlphaCenta 2006-09-24 21:02
Calm with SL mezz, then chain RK mezz until it lands maybe? :-)
Malaxia 2006-11-27 02:12
Unfortunately this nano and the previous ones are useless to a crat. There is really no need to waste ip PM/SI past Empowered Contemplation (that you can cast when you can cast Malaise of Fervor). Besides, every SL mezz lands on any mob, including the very first one, only duration is increased. When you are rezzing, you can always use a lower calm with the same efficiency :)
buttmuffin 2007-09-10 23:42
actually the NR resist is lower as well

New in 17.5:
Crat SL mezzes now clear hate lists! We are uber at crowd control once more!
alesicis 2007-10-25 02:34
it is rather silly that this is only 1 min longer than the 205 one. prob is best to just use that one.
nanochicken 2007-12-01 19:51
Well...I don't get it. Why use this when chaotic mind is just as good. Only difference is 30 sec duration longer and 2% or resistance. Not worth the IP needed at all...unless somehow you can calm different mobs with this thing? I remember mention that crats were going to get boss calms. Is this it???
charmo 2007-12-04 09:13
NO that one can be found a few links up :P
Malaxia 2007-12-11 01:56
Now that i have around 2100PM/SI unbuffed i gotta use this calm, 8 min is more than enough to keep mobs quiet without worrying about recalming too often. It's never a waste of IP to max PM/SI because it is used as attack skill for offensive nanos :)
maren1 2010-07-09 00:50
Malaxia: Sure it is, once you got a lower SL calm landed on the mobs, its easy to throw a Contemplate on 'em. Lasts longer and you don't need to WASTE the massive amount of IP, of which you have preciously little as a crat.
