Weird looking Friend of the Wild

This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the rapid deterioration of nano crystals from the Shadowlands weather has eaten at it.

It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.

It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - The adventurer attempts to put all enemies in the area into a state of deep tranquility. It will only affect those enemies that are not in combat mode. Attacking a creature in this state will break this effect.

Nerfing this just makes no sense. Yes imp ser sky was bugged, this was NOT!
