I don't understand why they had to make cast time and duration on the top DoTs ridiculous.
Am i missing something?
Fixina 2004-05-17 21:21
ridiculouse ? 1 sec attack, 1.6 sec recharge, 12555 dmg ?
Chanell 2004-05-26 06:07
12 seconds don't go to 1 sec easily heh...
Especially not at full def which is where a doc wants to be.
Additionally 1715 MC is a huge pain in the a$$.
Fluke 2004-10-21 04:35
Point is that fc doesnt want you evil docs to instacast dots on innocent bystanders
Tchaalina 2004-10-26 14:48
Good luck getting the 5k or so nanoinit needed to bring that dot cast down to 1 sec....lol ;)
Tchaalina 2004-10-26 14:49
oh btw...Im only level 210 and not too far off from those 1715 MC *giggles*
Zandra 2004-11-07 03:42
2200 Nanoinit cuts casting time by 11 secs, enough to get it to the 1 sec cap. And 100% agg removes 1 sec more, including the cap. So 2200 nanoinit and full agg makes this instacast. :)
Mordeathen 2004-11-07 10:55
2200 nanoinit reduces casting time by (1200/200) + (1000/600) = 6 + 1.666 = 7 and 2/3rds of a sec. You forgot the 3x multiplier after the 1.2k nanoinit cap :(
Shareida 2004-12-27 15:05
dots should be forbidden >.< If you get all 3 top dots ou you, pray for mercy.. maybe the doc will heal you =O
niaq 2005-01-14 20:08
nerf docs ^^
Darksiner 2005-01-31 06:05
Only if i was uber enough to cast this bad boy from hell
Tchaalina 2005-03-31 16:16
Selfcasting this one atm, but at 2400 NanoInit and full agg, it still takes painfully long to execute >.<
doczi 2005-04-14 19:33
Well after you have executed it you can just sit down, relax and have a beer :).
Tchaalina 2005-06-29 04:41
Not really, cause I will have to refresh it again before I even make it to the fridge. ;)
Medusine 2005-07-01 16:56
That's why you have the beer at your desk already. ^_^
malaclava 2005-07-14 17:13
best DoT in the game :)
Tsukts 2005-08-19 15:12
Lesson learned, dont stay flagged and afk in front of a 220 doc :>
olezero 2005-08-22 20:44
NR 100%.. not that hard to resist, with HHAB, maxed NR at 220 ;)
NGasta 2005-09-11 20:30
thats why it has 1,6 sec recharge so you can cast it again if someone resists it ^^
wilbemine1 2005-11-28 20:31
*cough*
you know you DONT need 1s casting time ... -.-
nano interupt chance lowered and decent enough init caan make even a 5s cast worth while!
Kplayona 2006-01-04 00:58
iono not sure but i was an NT and when i nuked monsters it would do the full damage but when i do it in Pvp it's much weaker ;) so i would probably say if u cast this on another 220 enfo u can prolly get 400 or 430 dmg on him. Not sure u can always get the max of it but if you could ouchie... :)
Keex 2006-02-20 19:32
even though the damage is halfed (+reflect) in pvp all three top-dots hurt like hell, and don't forget that you have a weapon+perks (if you can get them through ;)) which go along with this :>
furay 2006-03-11 11:43
these things should be under the "nano technician" section >:
Msauss 2006-03-13 15:35
As a doctor, you should have nano init maxed...
Whitey 2006-05-19 12:59
NOT the best DoT ingame, self illumination is accompanied with a nice nuke + DoT.. But much harder to get the reqs to cast ;)
Engelen 2006-06-07 00:34
Then again, SI is alone. This dot is accompanied by 2 others + a weapon, UBT and best heals in game. =)
Whitelights 2006-10-12 09:05
hehe Doc = near god :P
Aerya 2006-10-25 02:30
how right you are Whitelights... after all.. we doctors are the Eternalists :D
Mohamad 2007-02-14 05:25
When ever a doc gets to use simply every nano init buffs possible, come and tell here how much nano init you have and if this is down to 1 seconds...I guess 2700 nano init is now doable with new ofab armors.
Yakobo66 2007-02-28 14:24
1444 dam per sec with all dot's on... add some swords of dusk/whatever and go play
ionut 2007-04-26 14:37
yakobo u misses some items to comment
Yakobo66 2007-05-13 22:44
Posts: 504 hmm... nowhere near all the items :(
Ivanth 2007-08-09 03:33
ionut don't encourge him
bungysma 2008-07-30 15:47
Well.. I got 2738 nanoc Init... selfbuffed... and still I think this is painfullying long to cast... I am wondering if its worth cutting down nanoc init by 100-200 and putting on some CC instead.. f.ex. CC sleeves insted of those pesky ofab sleeves..
Aurielle 2008-09-16 23:19
100 nano init is a whole sixth of a second! you'll really notice it.
Yes probably worth it if you can cap docpistol burst,I guess.
slytha 2009-11-06 17:22
if someones wondering, youll need exactly 3000 nano init to cast it capped.
Hwguy 2018-08-27 16:58
Not the highest DOT - A nowadays.
Highest is Sophisticated Viral Agent: On Target: Damage 1037, 15 hits, 2.0s delay.
Uploads from Alien Matrix Beta Box.
