the crystal field tells you:
Weird looking Instinctive Control
It's a SL crystal which is a VERY rare find from similar ql dungeons in elysium. There are only a small group of docs over all servers who have found these nanos.

This is very nice, but not nice enought to warrent the horrible drop rate...

I got to say, the only real doctor buffs that arn't health buffs/treatment buffs/IC are tough to find, whats up with that?

well i just bought this for 80m on RK2 and looky what happened :)
Oh no! It crashed! The Crystal was totally useless - and crumbles at even your almost delicate touch.

I love how nerfed this is, agents can upload it but cant cast hah.

Nowadays the modifier is:
On Target:
Modify NanoC. Init. 350
Modify Nano Resist 75
Modify Max Nano 300

With 2000 CL it costs about 500m, with 2765 CL it costs 310m. (at Greedy Shade in Pandemonium Garden)
