Weird looking Semi-Sentient Augmentation Cloud

This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the repeated failed attempts of Grid Transitions inside the Shadowlands, has damaged it.

It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.

It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Surrounds the target with a cloud of nanobots that augment any weapon being used, increasing the damage inflicted by the target by 27 points per hit.

an eng buddy of mine found this one a couple days ago. he is now God as far as im concerned. anyone that gives those away freely is either insane, or a saint.
he doesnt remember where he got it though. somewhere in penumbra or inferno. he isnt sure.

Found it in an Underwater Dungeon in North of Underwater Dryad Bosses (Mob level ~ 120, it was totally untypical for this level-range, but it drops :D) I think they improved the Droprate a lot, i've found 8 improved nanos in the last 3 days...

Look at the comments above. The answer is: NO! ^^ Only drop in chest in SL Dungeons. Nowhere else.

North of Delja Statue (Lamont Lagoon), there are Turk/Mull/Stark and so on... this are the Dryad Bosses. North of this place, there's a dungeon with Unredeemed Mobs (calm it ;P).

yea finally managed to get one but soldier auras cancel it out :/ keeper auras stack with it but with it would stack with soldier ones too

Yakobo66..."what lvl is it reasonably safe to start solo huting this? :|" IMHO that depends mostly on your skill with your toon! As indicated above found in 160ish Ado mission. Can you get to Adonid (solo), can you solo lvl160ish mobs? If so, you should be able to solo hunt this!

was a 140ish dungeon and mobs were yellow to me on my 140ish fixer pretty easy to solo at that level

the ql of dungeon must be around ql of the nano. I looted one in chest.. so roll calm proffesion and rise B&E around 600-700 and go blitz static dungeons :) btw there can be dropped other improved stuff

I thought this was extra-rare, so rushed off to get it from a player shop when it appeared on GMS. It turned out that the guy had 4 of them to sell. Where he got them from, I don't know. Worrying, as I paid a lot of credz for this. Have FC suddenly increased the drop rate?

Ado Static dungeons, pretty rare droprate but still exists. Also high level dynas have a very small chance. But then again, still a chance. Dyna's always seem to drop something of use to a fixer anyways.

yeah pen missions roll meds alot of great nanos, must have a break and entering up to uplock with lock pick. been looking for this nano still to this day. this weekend hope to find it.

It means that it rolls a random number between 1-100, and if it's at or above 94, it'll crash

This nano is also for sale at Greedy Shade in Pandemonium Garden. With 2000 CL it costs about 500m, with 2765 CL it costs 310m.
FC updated Agent's "Assassin's Grin" to be +45 damage for 27 NCU, so now we can spend a few hundred million credits to be not as good as a blitzable froob agent nano lol. Oh well.
