This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the repeated failed attempts of Grid Transitions inside the Shadowlands, has damaged it.

It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.

It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Surrounds the target with a cloud of nanobots that augment any weapon being used, increasing the damage inflicted by the target by 5 points per hit.
