This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the rapid deterioration of Nano-Bots in stasis in the Shadowlands, has eaten at it.
It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.

stam, int, psy?
Stam >810 (Means you need 811 Stam) to get the 2 second HP Delta.
Psy >780 (Means you need 781 Psy) to get the 2 second Nano Delta.
Bodydev only adds 1hp/sec per 100 points invested. (So 1000 bodydev = 10HP/sec extra).

sry, it is the best of the doc improved, look at ncu: 20, not-impfoved: 45 and: 1 HP at the end of a hard fight is 1 HP enough to survive an win, this nano is a must have for a high-end doc and i don't know a doc without ncu probs (outbuffed without fixer).

Would I pay 600m for it? Hell no. Would I camp day and night to get it? Hell yes. Have you ever soloed in Inferno with 220 healdelta and DB running? If not, you should try it and see what a useful addition to your natural healing this nano is. :)

about the body dev/nano poll argument, just max both, docs are overflowing with IP because they dont use weps and few nano skills

Took me about 6-8hrs to find. Might have been lucky though because I was specifically looking for this nano..
I just did a repeating tour through ely and scheol dungeons.
This + the other best Doc HoTs = 100.775 HP per second / 6046.5 HP per min.
Fixers HoT buffs: Lasting Ultimatum + Advanced Medical Claim = 98.2 HP per second / 5892 HP per min.
