Weird looking Augmentation Cloud

This was once a Nano Crystal. Sadly, the repeated failed attempts of Grid Transitions inside the Shadowlands, has damaged it.

It is by no means certain that this crystal longer works.

It used to contain:
Nano Crystal - Surrounds the target with a cloud of nanobots that augment any weapon being used, increasing the damage inflicted by the target by 17 points per hit.

anyone know how to make/buy/get these 'improved' versions of the regular, store buyable boosts? i can find the lifebane modification, venom modification, advanced augmentation cloud, etc dmg boosters, but have no idea where/how to get improved lifebane, improved venom mod, improved advanced augmentation. tradeskill? MOB drop?
