If it was a trader nano it wouldn't have a lvl lock on it, so lvl 60 traders would be using it to buff with ><

Buffs a total of +31 MC skill. Not bad, at lvl 195 can buff MC as much as a lvl 25 MP (with Comp Teachings) :)
