hm think it just says the attack skill is sens imp and the actual values that are buffed (all of them, meaning all nano skills) plus duration of the nano is taken for comparison which nano is better (hence you get: NCU Error: Better ...)

I really hate it when someone DONT get it that you need to be for example 100+ to get that nano and they say BUT just cast it anyway and so on, and ask for a item just like jobey said... Those peeps are the dumbest n00bs I'v seen

You can't stack this with any of the mochams, infuses, masteries, or teachings. It manages to occupy ALL of those nano lines hence making it impossible. But still, bow to the uberness!

Again....must be lvl209 to get buffed. you cant start at 150 and go to 200 :P Only help org mates and such by kiting.

Now that we have a new Odin's eye, that's way better than the original, it just seems silly we didn't get a new and improved comp of some kind, just 4 versions of mochams...i think they should have an Improved Mochams or something...heh, Composite Dreadloch's?...though that could have been done because Odin's is self only and being an MP with mochams is like being the only house on the block that gives out candy on holloween, everyone wants it.
